At the end of the consultation, decide if working with a travel planner is right for you. If so, we’ll make it official.
Start your vacation countdown. Once the planning fee is paid, your itinerary details will begin falling into place.
To begin working with Malihini Travel, a non-refundable fee of $375 is required. Aside from individualized attention, you’ll receive concierge level service throughout our relationship. I am confident that the added cost will be reflected in every aspect of your custom designed vacation. From the moment you hire me, I will work tirelessly to make sure you feel that your money is being well spent. You may select as many services as you wish. Most clients choose to work with a travel advisor to handle all details, from flights to sightseeing and everything in between. Additional fees will be assessed as necessary. All fees are non-refundable.
Flight Reservation Fee: $50 per person (waived for flights booked with a total package, and for inter-island flights)
Changes to Final Itinerary: Any changes after the final itinerary has been presented will incur a $100 fee, in addition to any supplier penalties.
Last Minute Itineraries: Any bookings initiated within 60 days of departure will incur an additional $125 fee.
Honeymooners: As my gift to you, I offer a discounted fee of $275.
